Terms of Service
Fees
J. T. Clark IT Solutions charges for service based on our current service price list.
J. T. Clark IT Solutions may:
- Change our current price list without notice.
- Charge for any service provided by phone or in person.
- Charge a Travel Fee of $35 per hour traveled.
- Charge a 50% premium for service required outside of our normal business hours.
- Require a 20% deposit on equipment or services to be delivered.
Solutions
We will do our utmost to develop reliable, valuable solutions, but due to the nature of the industry results cannot be assured.
Payment
All payments for services provided are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Interest at 2% per month (26.82% per annum) will be charged on overdue accounts.
J. T. Clark IT Solutions reserves the right to terminate any contract(s) with Client and refuse service without notice if Client fails to pay account by due date.
Software Licensing
Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate licensing for software that the Client requests J. T. Clark IT Solutions to install and/or support.
Software licensing is the responsibility of the Client and J. T. Clark IT Solutions may refuse services if Client does not have the appropriate software licensing.
We can purchase software on the Client's behalf but we are not responsible for enforcing the Client's adherence to any software licence.
Personal Information
To facilitate cost effective solutions, Client endeavors to provide J. T. Clark IT Solutions as much information as possible.
J. T. Clark IT Solutions will do their utmost to preserve all of the Client's data. However, Client has full responsibility for preserving a backup of their data before requesting service or merchandise.
J. T. Clark IT Solutions will keep all of Client's information strictly confidential.
Liability
J. T. Clark IT Solutions' liability is limited to the compensation the Client paid for service and/or merchandise.
